Барабанная сушилка предназначена для сушки сырого материала, сырья, специализирована на сушке сырья с высоким содержанием влаги, чтобы облегчить последующую работу по гранулированию сырья.

Оборудование состоит из конвекционной печи, транзитной трубы, барабана, пылесборника, высоконапорного вентилятора и других деталей.


Принцип работы: внутри сушильного барабана имеется спиралевидный подающий механизм, труба оснащена лопатками для перемешивания, которые постоянно перемешивают сырье, что позволяет полностью обрабатывать сырьё тепловыми потоками, продвигая материал вперед, все это повышает эффективность процесса сушки.
